Former Scott High School basketball standout Chris Darrington has committed to the University of Tennessee.

Darrington, who played two years of junior college basketball at Vincennes University in Indiana, made his decision official today at Scott.

At Vincennes, Darrington was an NJCAA All-American after averaging 20.7 points per game last season.

Darrington earned first-team All-Ohio honors in Division II his senior season at Scott.
