Tiffin arrested, charged with arson in Sept. 5 fire at Walmart Supercenter

TIFFIN -- A Tiffin man was arrested today following an indictment on two counts of aggravated arson in the fire that damaged the Walmart Supercenter last month.

Jarrod Pfeiffer, 21, was arrested on a Seneca County Grand Jury indictment. He’s charged with one first-degree count of aggravated arson and also a second-degree count of aggravated arson.

A Sept. 5 fire in the sporting goods and automotive care section of Walmart, at 2801 State Rt. 18, caused the retailer to temporarily close.
