A man who robbed an eatery at gunpoint was sentenced Tuesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court to probation and six months in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
Judge Myron Duhart ordered Toree Harris, of the 700 block of Woodland Avenue, to three years on community control and other conditions, including he undergo drug and alcohol testing and get a job.
He was convicted Feb. 23 of carrying a concealed weapon. Police said Harris walked into Rally’s at 3033 Cherry St. about 3 a.m. Nov. 20 and threatened to shoot an employee during a robbery. He stole about $975.
