A Toledo man was charged Friday after a fire at a vacant North Toledo home.

George Armour III, 29, of the 2200 block of West Sylvania Avenue, was arrested and charged with aggravated arson.

He is to be arraigned Monday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Firefighters responded to the house fire about 8 a.m. Friday in the 3100 block of Cottage Avenue. Police believe it was intentionally set with a lighter and common combustibles.
