The Ottawa Hills Schools Parent Association has donated $30,000 for several projects at Ottawa Hills Schools.
Funds were raised throughout the school year and will be used for installing an automatic external defibrillator in the high school auditorium, purchasing equipment for a music technology course, purchasing cameras for high school broadcast journalism and production courses, and buying sets of novels for grade 4-6 classrooms.
The money also is to be used toward purchasing a Smartboard for the elementary art classroom, replacing playground equipment, and buying a new projector for the community room.
