The University of Toledo Medical Center has scheduled a free "Meet the Chef Day" to introduce its executive chef Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Four Season Bistro, formerly called Skyview Cafeteria.
Scott Sundermeyer last worked at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, Mich., and previously was executive chef of Ford Motor Co. He was hired at the UT Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio, as part of its hospital cafeteria renovation.
A live cooking demonstration and tasting are part of the event.
