It will be food, glorious food — at least for three hours today, when the Toledo Flavors Food Tour takes place in the city’s downtown warehouse district.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., patrons can engage in a walking tour that celebrates the area’s history, architecture, and culture, with pit stops into neighborhood restaurants for a nibble and drink or two.
The three-hour food tasting and walking tour is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Tickets are $42 for adults and $30 for children. Information: toledoflavors.com.
Additional tours are scheduled for the same hours on Saturday and July 30.
■ We don’t usually think of malls as culturally vibrant, but such will surely be the case on the University of Toledo’s campus from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, when the alumni association’s 23rd annual Art on the Mall Festival unfolds.

Some 12,000 visitors are expected for the day-long event, which will showcase work by more than 100 artists working in mediums as diverse as textiles, jewelry, pottery, sculpture, and mixed media.
Food trucks and music also will be available for those hoping to capture a picnic vibe.
