DELTA, Ohio -- Fulton County sheriff's deputies are investigating as a murder-suicide the deaths of a man and woman whose bodies were found Saturday in a Swancreek Township yard.

Deputies were called to check on the welfare of a property in the 2000 block of County Road 6 about 4:05 p.m.

When deputies arrived, they found the bodies in the yard.

Deputies did not release the names or other information about the man and woman.

An autopsy will be performed by the Lucas County coroner's office.

Fulton County deputies were assisted by deputies from Henry and Lucas counties, the Ohio Highway Patrol, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
