Officer Kevin Zimmerman of the University of Toledo Police Department introduces Quinty, the force’s newest officer, during a news conference Tuesday at UT. Quinty, a male Belgian Malinois, is trained to detect both explosives and drugs. The department obtained him through a grant from a division of the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
