Woman found dead at the scene of early morning east Toledo fire

A person was found dead at the scene of a fire in east Toledo early today, authorities said.

Neighbors at the scene said the victim was Jalisa Neal, 23, who lived at the house alone. Authorities did not release her name

The victim was found at a home at 650 Oswald St., near East Broadway Street and Starr Avenue, where a fire was reported about 4:30 a.m., Toledo fire Lt. Matthew Hertzfeld said.
