DUNBRIDGE, Ohio — Both lanes of northbound I-75 near this Wood County community have reopened after being closed earlier today because of a a multi-vehicle crash, authorities said.
The lanes were opened by about 2:40 p.m., at which time traffic was “moving slowly,” according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Several vehicles, “possibly including two commercial vehicles,” collided about 12:35 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway near State Rt. 582, closing them, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.
There were injuries, a dispatcher at the patrol’s Bowling Green office said. The number of those hurt and the extent of their injuries were not released.
The accident remains under investigation.
Dunbridge is 15 miles south of Toledo.
