U.S. 23 ramp to I-475 reopens after cabbage spill

A ramp from southbound US 23 to eastbound I-475 in Sylvania Township has reopened after being closed early today because a tractor-tractor rig overturned spilling a load of cabbage, authorities said.

There were no injuries, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol’s Toledo Post.

Sylvania Township police said the incident occurred about 12:20 a.m. Cabbage was strewn across the ramp, police said.

The ramp was reopened about 9:20 a.m., according to the patrol.
