Toledo police are investigating a homicide after finding a man with a gunshot wound at the scene of a traffic accident early this morning.

The victim, whom police identified as Bill Fell, 42, was pronounced dead at the scene at Bancroft and Cherry streets when police responded to a traffic accident just after 2 a.m. today.

The victim was the driver of one of the vehicles, and suffered at least one gunshot wound, police said.

No arrests have been reported, and the investigation continues.
