The Lucas County coroner will rely on dental records to identify the body of a man found Saturday in a burned North Toledo shed.
An autopsy is pending.
The body was “not visually identifiable” because of burns, coroner James Patrick said. But the man may have died of smoke inhalation or something else, he said.

Authorities believe the man was staying in the shed, Dr. Patrick said.
Toledo police said firefighters were dispatched to a shed fire in the 800 block of Stickney Avenue about 1:45 p.m. Firefighters found the body inside the shed.
Police asked anyone with information to call the Crime Stopper program, 419-255-1111.
