An overturned tractor-trailer rig caught fire and is backing up traffic this afternoon on I-75 southbound.

Toledo police responded about 4:30 p.m. to the crash near Phillips Avenue, a dispatcher said.

Southbound traffic was reported at a standstill. There are no immediate reports of injuries.
