A South Toledo woman was arrested today after police say she allowed a runaway juvenile to use a hotel room, along with her cell phone in order to post ads offering sex acts for money.
Brittany Seger, 20, is charged with compelling prostitution or otherwise facilitating a minor — a second-degree felony.
Officers with the Toledo Police Vice Unit were dispatched at approximately 4 a.m. to the Quality Inn Hotel, 445 E. Alexis Road, in North Toledo. Inside a hotel room, police say a reported runaway and Ms. Seger were located, according to a police report.
Ms. Seger is accused of allowing the juvenile to use her phone to post ads for sexual hire on backpage.com, according to a complaint filed in Toledo Municipal Court.
Ms. Seger is scheduled Friday to be arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court.
It is unknown if the juvenile faces any charges.
