Federal and local authorities are seeking information about a man on a bank robbery spree, hitting three area locations this week — the most recent one Friday — and attempted to rob a fourth.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Robert Andrew Harris, 41, is asked to call police, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Cleveland Division.
After law enforcement released information about Harris, including his name and photos, authorities believe he robbed a Fifth Third Bank at 2:35 p.m. Friday on North Reynolds Road, said Special Agent Vicki Anderson, spokesman for the Cleveland FBI office.
The first robbery occurred just before 2 p.m. Monday when a man entered the Citizens Bank on the 1500 block of South Detroit Avenue and gave the teller a note stating “This is a Robbery,” according to a Toledo police report. The teller complied, and the man fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

Then Northwood police responded to a robbery at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday at Fifth Third bank on Woodville Road. The man demanded money from a teller.
He took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in an older model tan minivan, police said.
Toledo police responded to a call Thursday for a robbery at the KeyBank on the 1600 block of Broadway Street. Police report the man yelled "where's the money?" before a security guard there pulled his gun. The man then fled without any money.
Those with information are asked to call the FBI’s Toledo Resident Agency at 419-243-6122, the Toledo police at 419-245-3340 or Northwood police at 419-693-9794.
Callers can remain anonymous and a financial award is available for tips that lead to successful apprehension and prosecution.
