Marshalls and HomeGoods stores will soon occupy a portion of this new, 81,000-square-foot strip mall at the Shops at Franklin Place on Monroe Street in Sylvania Township. A third tenant has yet to be announced. The property, part of what is commonly known as the Target shopping center, was formerly the site of Franklin Park Cinemas. The building closed in 2004, and a 16-screen cinema was added inside Franklin Park Mall as part of a $113 million expansion of the shopping center.
