Claire's Day celebrates children's literature

Twins Elizabeth and Addison Baker, 10, of Toledo, watch Christine Kallevig as she tells a storigami during the 10th annual Claire's Day at the Maumee branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. The Book festival is named in honor of 10-year-old Claire Lynsey Rubini who died of a heart condition in 2001.

Author and illustrator Ralph Masiello demonstrates his work during Claire's Day. The event attracted children's book authors, illustrators and storytellers from across the nation on Saturday.
