University of Findlay names business dean

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay has named Paul Sears as the dean of its College of Business.

As the new dean, Mr. Sears will run nine undergraduate degree programs and one graduate degree program in business administration.

Mr. Sears was dean of the Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University for the last nine years.

Mr. Sears received his doctorate in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University. He holds bachelor’s degrees from Lake Erie College and Yale University and master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of London.
