Gunman in Tiffin robs cash-advance business

TIFFIN — Authorities yesterday were looking for a man in a plaid shirt accused of robbing a cash-advance business on West Market Street at gunpoint, Tiffin police said.

The man walked into Check Into Cash, 748 West Market, about 3:40 p.m. Monday, brandished a firearm, and demanded cash from a clerk. After the clerk complied, the man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
