Tycoon Pickens to talk about energy plan at Owens Corning

Billionaire oil tycoon T. Boone Pickens, developer of a new plan to relieve the United States of oil dependence, will discuss his idea at a closed town-hall event at
Owens Corning's World Headquarters on Monday at 1 p.m.

He will chat on stage with Mike Thaman, OC chairman and CEO. Together, they will examine the Pickens Plan and the need to ensure that energy efficiency is part of any national comprehensive energy plan.

The town-hall discussion is not open to the public but will be open to the media.
