Maumee police set sobriety checkpoint

Maumee police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint on the Anthony Wayne Trail at Country Boulevard from 8 p.m. to midnight today.

Traffic going northeast on the Trail will be diverted through the checkpoint. Officers will look for impaired drivers. The Ohio Highway Patrol and officers from Whitehouse and the Metroparks of the Toledo Area also will participate.
