Lucas County Arena set to open Saturday

The ribbon will be cut at noon Saturday, and the public will be allowed to view the 8,000-seat downtown facility until 4 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, when fans may watch the Walleye's training camp.
