Harold Brown, 85, of Columbus, is honored in the parade. He flew with the famous Tuskegee Airmen — the first black U.S. military pilots and crew to fly combat missions.

Art Jibilian, 86, born and raised in Toledo and now living in Fremont, was recognized for his part in rescuing more than 500 downed Allied airmen in Nazi-occupied Yugoslavia.
