University of Toledo incubator for small businesses is nearly ready

The 40,000- square-foot building near the engineering college on the southeast corner of campus will provide assistance to start-up firms involved in technology enterprises.

Funds for the project are from a $2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, a gift from UT donor Norman Nitschke, and other state and local sources.
