At Northtowne Meadows, you may enjoy a newly remodeled, 24-hour fitness room.

Every home in Friendly Village, Meadows of Perrysburg, Northtowne Meadows and Perrysburg Estates is manufactured in a factory, out of the weather. These homes are built to strict government standards, and are tested and inspected by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for construction, strength and durability, design, fire resistance, energy efficiency and performance of internal systems.

The homes are built with solid, 2x6 construction on exterior walls, and are hung with drywall. They use the same windows, doors, roof truss systems, siding and more. Efficient appliances and quality insulation help to keep energy bills low.

Homes in these four communities are very affordable. They offer lower taxes and lower insurance rates, and qualified homebuyers may claim the $8,000 first time homebuyer tax credit available through the federal government. Choice Group/Choice Properties has financing available for most homes within these communities.

Northtowne Meadows is located in the Bedford Public School district, rated a National Community School of Excellence by the North Central Association Accredited District. Friendly Village, Meadows of Perrysburg, and Perrysburg Estates are all in the Rossford Exempted Village School District, rated Excellent by the Ohio Department of Education.

The monthly community fee includes maintenance of all common areas, as well as use of the clubhouse and other amenities, and starts at $99.
