Perrysburg Township police ask for help in robbery

Perrysburg Township police are looking for help in their investigation of an Oct. 30 robbery at the Advance America Cash Advance on Fremont Pike.

Police said a robber pulled a black ski mask over his face and took a handgun out of his pocket. He fled with $3,000 in cash, possibly driving a red-over-blue sports car with hardware on the trunk for a spoiler, but no spoiler.

He was in his mid-30s, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 175 to 200 pounds, with reddish blond hair and facial hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Perrysburg Township police at 419-874-3551 or call Wood County Crime Stoppers at 419-352-0077 or 1-800-54-CRIME.
