Church makes plans for ‘Noel Project’
The Church on Strayer is making plans for its annual Noel Project, set for 10 a.m. Dec. 12 at SeaGate Convention Centre, to provide Christmas cheer and gifts to 450 needy families.
The church has been involved in the community event for 17 years, calling it “a day where we bring hope to hopeless families.”
People interested in supporting the Noel Project are asked to bring nonperishable food items, turkeys, new unwrapped toys, bicycles, children’s winter outerwear, or financial donations to the Church on Strayer, 3000 Strayer Road, Maumee, or call 419-866-2094.
