Crash kills North Toledo motorcyclist

A North Toledo man was killed Saturday when his motorcycle collided with a tractor-trailer on Stickney Avenue at Matzinger Road, authorities said.

Raymond Rybka, 55, of 866 Tralger Drive, was pronounced dead at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center about 4 p.m.

Mr. Rybka was southbound on Stickney approaching Matzinger about 3:15 p.m. when he collided with a northbound tractor-trailer turning left onto Matzinger, said Dr. Diane Barnett, Lucas County deputy coroner.

No information was available last night on the identity or condition of the tractor-trailer's driver.
