Mark Shanahan, Gov. Ted Strickland's energy adviser, talks about the plan to diversify Ohio's energy sources during a presentation at the University of Toledo's Clean and Alternative Energy Incubation Center. The proposal calls for more of the state's energy to come from advanced technology and seeks to stabilize electric rates after utility agreements expire at the end of next year.
