AT THE NAVARRE LIBRARY, IT WAS ONE JUMPIN' TIME

( THE BLADE/ANDY MORRISON )

Who says libraries are only for reading? Not anyone at Navarre Branch Library in Monroe. The Jumpin' All Stars, a nationally recognized performance and competition team from Livingston County, visited the library recently. Cynthia Snodgrass of Monroe is in the middle of two ropes swung by All Stars Audrey Smail, 13, background, and Sam Miller, 13.

Lillian Runyon, 4, also gets into the spirit of the exercise. The visit featured demonstrations of jump rope techniques and gymnastics moves.
