Mickey Finn's Pub will host Equation from Devon, England, about 9:30 tonight. The fourth annual Toledo Music Festival will be held Saturday in the Toledo Sports Arena, One Main St. The 56-band showcase will feature 44 local acts and 12 regional acts performing on four stages for 13 hours. A bluegrass music festival will be staged tomorrow-Saturday at the Hillsdale County Fairground in Hillsdale, Mich. In its 22nd year, the festival features 15 bluegrass and gospel acts, including the Bluegrass Mountaineers, the Candy Mountain Express, Gary Brewer & the Kentucky Ramblers, David Davis & the Warrior River Boys, and the Chapmans.
