Kyle Baker, a Toledo entrepreneur and the primary owner of Gertie's Premium BBQ Sauce, helps make up a new batch of the sauce at the Center for Innovative Food Technology, a food company incubator near Bowling Green. Mr. Baker found the initial 1,000-jar batch of his barbecue sauce sold out quickly, so a second batch — twice as big — was in production yesterday.
