All lanes on southbound I-75 near Perrysburg were reopened by noon Thursday, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Joint repair work Thursday morning had restricted southbound traffic on I-75 between U.S. 20 and Reitz Road, ODOT said.

Traffic was backed up for several miles about 9 a.m., according to area law enforcement agencies.
