A Sylvania man who was hit while riding a bicycle on Bush Street in North Toledo has died from his injuries in the University of Toledo Medical Center, formerly the Medical College of Ohio hospital, authorities said.

Brandon Allen, 33, of Brint Road died Tuesday, according to the Lucas County Coroner’s Office.

Mr. Allen rode through a red light about 9:30 p.m. March 12 at the Buckeye Basin Greenbelt Parkway and was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by Christopher Hodge, police said.

No charges will be filed against Mr. Hodge, police said.
