A Catawba Island Township bed and breakfast suffered extensive damage in a Sunday fire, the fire department said.

Catawba Island Township fire crews were called at about 10:15 a.m. to 2803 E. Sand Rd. for a report of a fire. The address is a small bed and breakfast called Our Sunset Place, according to a Web page for the business. The fire department said it is a converted home used as a bed and breakfast.

The department was not aware of any injuries caused by the fire. Crews were still at the scene as of about 1:20 p.m.
