High water on the streets made driving difficult in parts of Toledo during the rush hour today, but it didn't shut down any roads, according to the Toledo Police Department.
Parts of Detroit Avenue in North Toledo as well as Monroe Street near Lucas County Jobs and Family Services' offices were particular problem areas, but water began to recede soon after the storms stopped this evening, according to police.
