A woman shot while sitting on a porch in East Toledo early this morning has died.

Sarah Beacher, 31, who was shot in the head about 12:14 a.m. at 733 Plymouth St.

She was sitting with friends on the porch when unknown suspects began firing, police said. First responders found her unresponsive and took her to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

Toledo police said she died at the hospital at 4:03 p.m.
