Officials closed part of Boston Place near Collingwood Boulevard on Tuesday afternoon after emergency crews found a sinkhole while responding to a reported shooting.

When they arrived, police found no evidence of a shooting. Crews with Toledo Fire & Rescue Department had to move their fire truck down the street after discovering the ground beneath it was sinking near the curb. No one was injured by the sinkhole.

Officials closed the road while streets crews responded to the scene.
