An autopsy is planned Monday on a body found Saturday in a wooded area near the 1300 block of Brooke Park Drive in northwest Toledo.

Dr. Jeffrey Hudson, a deputy Lucas County coroner, said the partially decomposed body, believed to be that of a male about 40 years old and so far unidentified, showed “no obvious trauma.”

According to a report broadcast by WTVG-TV Channel 13, The Blade’s news partner, the body was found by children playing at the edge of the woods. The location is east of Jackman Road near the Michigan border.
