The man, whose name was not released Saturday morning, was reported missing from a home in the 2000 block of Sandy Creek Road shortly after 9 a.m., although responding deputies were told he had walked away about 1:45 a.m. and had not been heard from since, according to the sheriff’s statement.
The Michigan State Police K-9 unit, the Dundee Police Department drone unit, and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office mounted division all responded to the scene, and the body was found following a brief dog search, the statement said.
