OXFORD — The Bowling Green State University women’s basketball team had four double-figure scorers in an 82-69 winning effort over Mid-American Conference foe Miami at Millett Hall.
Caterrion Thompson led the Falcons (10-19, 3-14 MAC) with a double-double effort of 22 points and 11 rebounds in 36 minutes of action.
The Falcons trailed by three points after three quarters before outscoring the RedHawks 31-15 in the fourth. BGSU took the lead for good with 7:12 left to go when a 3-pointer by Madisen Parker made it 60-58.
Angela Perry scored 21 points, Olivia Trice 14, and Elissa Brett 13.
Savannah Kluesner paced Miami (11-18, 4-13) with 17 points.
BGSU finishes the regular season schedule with a trip to Akron Saturday.
