Competing as individuals for the Rockets were freshmen Logan Hooper and Jack Doody who finished 71st with a 233 and tied for 84th with a 238 respectively. Hooper shot a two-over par 73 on Tuesday.

"We had a better day of golf today, especially from David, Nate and Logan but we still need to put together 18 holes," Toledo coach Jeff Roope said. "I saw a lot of learning from our guys throughout the tournament, and we're going to continue to get better as the year progresses if we keep growing and learning."
