Toledo police are investigating a weekend shooting at a North Toledo bar that wounded two people.

Rico Villolovos, 27, of the 4400 block of Airport Highway, was found on the floor near a pool table at the Lion’s Den Bar & Grill, 2814 Lagrange St., after the emergency call about 1:45 a.m. Saturday, police said.

Mr. Villolovos had gunshot wounds to his face and the side of his torso, and police recovered four shell casings near him. He was taken to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center.

A second person, Samuel Wallace, 50, of the 200 block of Mont Royal, was grazed in the elbow by a gunshot for which he refused medical treatment, police said.
