Owens volleyball has 2 All-Americans

Two members of the Owens College women’s volleyball team have been named NJCAA Division II All-Americans.

Defensive specialist Niki Polce was selected the fifth first-team All-American in program history. Polce led the team with 533 digs.

Erika Angstmann was selected to the second team. Angstmann had 295 kills, 237 digs, 60 total blocks, and 42 service aces.

Owens went 40-1 and advanced to the D-II championship match.
