Strock, who is 25-18 in four seasons, has 52 players, including 16 seniors.

Fielder earned All-NLL first-team at tight end. Schlade rushed for 627 yards (5.3 per carry), while Harris rushed for 327 (6.1 average).

Kolbe anchors the offensive line, while Warren was a two-way starter on the lines.

"Experience on the offensive line is an obvious strength," Strock said. "Almost all of our starters saw action at some point in 2011. In addition, the Wildcats have a variety of 'newcomers' that have been waiting their turn, and appear to be ready."

But areas of concern include the lack of game night experience at many of the offensive skill positions.

"That could hamper us," Strock said. "We must mature quickly in those areas if we are to compete in 2012."

Strock said he is confident his defense will step up.

"We've always hung our hat on defense, and 2012 will be no different," he said. "The offensive and defensive lines must live up to their billing."
