Fans of comedian and former Tonight Show host Jay Leno experienced frowns rather than smiles this week when the veteran entertainer abruptly canceled today’s appearance at the Stranahan Theater.

According to a statement by promoter Live Nation, the show was canceled because of a scheduling conflict. It did not indicate if the event would be rescheduled at a future date.
