Accused of allegedly running illegal gambling operation

DEFIANCE — The owners of a chain of Internet cafes in Toledo, Defiance, Oregon, Findlay and Fremont have been indicted on multiple counts by a Defiance County grand jury for allegedly running an illegal gambling operation and breaking gaming laws.

Marvin Dabish, 38, Robert Dabish, 39, and Nadia Dabish, 59, all of Oregon, Ohio, were each indicted on 41 counts, according to a statement released today by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and Defiance County Prosecutor Morris J. Murray.

The defendants own Talk-N-Win Internet cafes, with locations in Toledo, Defiance, Oregon, Findlay, and Fremont. They allegedly built a network of gambling sites where patrons could play slot machines and were paid in cash for winnings.
