A suspect has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a Toledo man in the central city Friday night.

Kenneth Waters, Jr., 29, of Rockingham Street is charged with murder in the shooting death of Raishaun Williams, 34, in the 900 block of Post Street, police said.

After a warrant was issued for his arrest, Waters turned himself in at the Lucas County jail today.

Williams, who died at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center early Saturday, was shot once in the neck. His death is Toledo’s 15th homicide this year and the 16th in the metropolitan area.
